By invitation
The clients we work most closely with get more of us.
Charter is how we look after the businesses we are closest to. It is by invitation, it asks something of both sides, and we review it every year. It is not a discount and it is not a loyalty scheme. It is a closer relationship: the senior people, earlier sight of what is coming, and someone paying attention to your analytics between projects, not just during them.
What the Charter Client Programme is
Not a programme. A relationship.
No points, no tiers to climb, no discount attached. The Charter Client Programme is simply more of Hopton, for the clients who get the most from working with us.
It is deliberately small. We keep the Charter Client Programme to the clients where the relationship is strong, the fit is right, and the ambition is real. That is what makes it worth being part of.
“It is not a discount and it is not a loyalty scheme. It is a closer relationship.”

What you get
Seven things Charter Client Programme members have
that others don’t.
A senior team that stays
A named lead at architect level and a sponsor from our leadership, with the people who know your estate kept on your estate. No revolving door, and no re-explaining your business every few months.
A quarterly review of your estate
Every quarter we go through your Power BI and Fabric estate properly: capacity and cost, governance, model performance and security. You hear about what is drifting before it turns into what is broken.
Priority when it counts
When something urgent goes down - a board pack due in the morning or an overnight refresh that has failed - you go to the front of the queue. The people who already know your setup are the ones who pick it up.
A proper look ahead
Once a year we sit down on where to put your effort over the next twelve months: what Microsoft is shipping, what it means for you, and what you can stop doing. Advice about your direction, not a sales meeting.
First sight of what is new
You get early access to what we build and an early read on what Microsoft ships, explained in plain terms of what it changes for you. Charter clients help shape the things we make, rather than hearing about them once they are finished.
A seat in the room
Charter clients sit with other people running estates like theirs: working sessions, our briefings, and a small table we keep for the businesses we work most closely with. Most of the value is in the room, not on the agenda.
Time for your team
When your people need a hand they get one: office hours, a second pair of eyes, the hard questions answered. The point is to make your team stronger, not more dependent on us.
By invitation
The Charter Client Programme is deliberately small.
We invite clients in where the relationship is strong, the fit is right and the ambition is real, and we review membership every year. Some move in, some move on. That is what keeps it worth being part of, and it is why there is no form to fill in.
If you already work with us, ask your Hopton lead whether Charter is the right fit. If you do not yet, that is where it starts: with the work.
If Charter is right for you…
The conversation starts with the people you already work with at Hopton.
There is no form to fill in and no application process.
Membership is reviewed annually. Some move in, some move on.
The work comes first. Charter follows from it.
The work comes first.
Charter follows from a strong working relationship. If you want to get there, the first step is a conversation about what you are trying to do with your data.
