Client Success Manager

Bryn has spent his career in the Microsoft Dynamics and ERP world, with partners including Azzure IT and Advania, so he is quick to understand what a business actually needs. At Hopton he owns client relationships and stays the constant point of contact, from first conversation through to delivery.

Project Manager

Claire sits on the board and is one of the senior people who keeps Hopton running, with a remit across operations, people and project delivery. Day to day she keeps engagements on track, coordinating timelines, resourcing and communication so clients always know where things stand.

Senior Analytics Solutions Consultant

Craig spent a decade implementing Dynamics NAV and Business Central for manufacturers and distributors before moving into analytics, so he understands how ERP data behaves in practice. He builds reporting across Power BI, Pyramid Analytics and Microsoft Fabric, and is Microsoft certified in Power BI (PL-300), Fabric data engineering (DP-700) and Dynamics 365 Business Central (MB-800).

Non-Executive Chair

Craig is an entrepreneur, business founder and board-level executive who joins Hopton as Non-Executive Chair in an advisory capacity. His role is to guide and challenge the leadership team as the business grows, bringing outside perspective rather than changing what makes Hopton what it is.

Project Support

Hannah keeps engagements running smoothly behind the scenes, coordinating schedules and documentation and keeping project information accurate and to hand. She supports the project managers and consultants so nothing slips and clients stay well looked after.

Analytics Solutions Consultant

James delivers analytics and data platform work across both commercial and not-for-profit organisations, as comfortable in a stakeholder workshop as in a data pipeline. He works across Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL and Python.

Junior Data Consultant

Jenson is a Junior Data Consultant focused on Power BI and analytics delivery. He works alongside the consulting team to model data and turn requirements into clear, usable reports, building his craft across a real spread of client work.

Analytics Solutions Consultant

Kiran once looked after a dataset of more than 400,000 records, and builds analytics on the principle that it is only as good as the foundations beneath it. She works from ingestion and transformation through to datasets and reporting across Microsoft Fabric, Azure and Power BI, and is Microsoft certified in Power BI (PL-300) and Fabric data engineering (DP-700).

Data Consultant

Louella is a Power BI specialist with a focus on the finish: reports that are accurate, well structured and stand up to scrutiny. She works closely with clients to turn detailed requirements into analytics people rely on, and is Microsoft PL-300 certified.

Data Consultant

Maisie came to analytics from bioinformatics and cancer research, where accuracy and rigour mattered above all. She brings that same care to data modelling and report design, building Power BI that business users trust and use, and is Microsoft PL-300 certified.

Client Success Executive

Matthew has joined Hopton as a Client Success Executive, sitting between the data and the people who depend on it. He keeps client relationships close, works to understand both the client's business and the analytics behind it, and gives clients one clear point of contact.

Senior Pyramid Analytics Consultant

Murray has a PhD in polymer chemistry and fifteen years delivering analytics in regulated industries including banking, energy, pharmaceuticals and telecoms, and is at his best early in an engagement, framing the problem and weighing the options. A Pyramid Analytics Level 3 consultant and a certified Qlik Sense and QlikView consultant, he also brings strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Azure.

Director of Professional Services

Shauna has been with Hopton from the beginning and helped build the delivery function and shape the firm into what it is today. She leads professional services, setting the standards the team works to and partnering with client leadership on the engagements that matter most, and is Pyramid Analytics Level 3 and Microsoft PL-300 certified.

Managing Director

Simon founded Hopton Analytics in 2022 with a clear objective: to build a delivery-focused data and analytics consultancy that mid-market businesses could rely on. He leads the business from the front, staying close to client work and guiding the team, and is a Pyramid Analytics Level 3 consultant and Microsoft PL-300 certified.
