The Analytics Acceleration Programme
A single, outcome-led programme that replaces stop-start projects with governed delivery and an ongoing monthly rhythm, so your analytics stays useful as your business grows. You buy a programme, not a one-off project.
Three stages. One programme.
Establish
Agree priorities, reduce ambiguity, put the right foundations in place, and define what good looks like.
Build
Deliver focused improvement across reporting, data, platform or AI capability against agreed priorities.
Continuity
Keep analytics aligned as the business changes. Refine, govern and improve continuously on a monthly rhythm.
The problem
The current problem is not analytics capability
It is how analytics is bought, implemented and sustained. Most organisations buy projects. Projects deliver, priorities change, spreadsheets creep back, confidence erodes, and another project is needed. The cycle repeats.
AAP replaces this with a single outcome-led programme model - one relationship, one monthly rhythm, governed from day one.
Project delivered
Reports go live. Everyone is happy.
Priorities change
New requirements emerge. The estate drifts.
Spreadsheets return
Workarounds fill the gaps. Confidence falls.
Another project needed
The cycle starts again. Cost grows.
AAP breaks this cycle. One programme. One monthly rhythm. Analytics that stays useful.
How it works
Three stages. Every programme.
All three tiers follow the same stage model. The scope and scale changes. The structure does not.
Establish
Agree priorities, reduce ambiguity, put the right building blocks in place, and define what good looks like.
Build
Deliver focused improvement across reporting, data, platform or AI capability against agreed priorities.
Continuity
Keep analytics aligned as the business changes. Refine, govern and improve the estate on a healthy monthly rhythm, so confidence in the numbers stays strong.

Why AAP
A team, for less than a single hire
With AAP you get data engineering, BI, architecture, governance, reporting and UX capability through one programme, on a predictable monthly cost, rather than depending on one person you have to find, pay and keep.
Predictable investment
Structured pricing and clearly scoped delivery. No timesheets, no surprise invoices.
Broader team capability
Access data engineering, BI, architecture, governance, reporting and UX through one relationship.
Greater continuity
Ongoing capability embedded into the programme, reducing dependency on a single individual.
A monthly rhythm that protects value
Build, refine, support and improve on a healthy cadence rather than through ad hoc restarts.

AAP in practice
How it looks in the real world
AAP supports both practical reporting acceleration and broader platform-led capability. Every programme follows the same structure - the scope scales to fit.
Manufacturing and Distribution
The problem
Needed to modernise the analytics estate while extending commercial insight across the sales function.
What we did
Migrated the existing sales analytics estate into Azure while preserving trusted outputs. Extended into basket analysis, RFM, churn, order frequency, and diagnostic purchase logic. Introduced account manager views, contact-order identification, pool group detection, and retailer-level insight.
Outcome
Ongoing monthly capacity keeping the estate aligned as the business grows.
Recruitment Group
The problem
Needed stronger reporting capability without the cost and risk of building a full internal BI function immediately.
What we did
Started with priority outputs - the Management Pack and cashflow reporting. Extended into procurement KPIs including pipeline health, conversion, workload balance and revenue predictability. Moved into an ongoing monthly rhythm once the initial release was live.
Outcome
A practical route to stronger reporting with continuity built in.
Client feedback
What clients say
“The team does amazing work. The tasks we need help with aren't easy, and the team really does a great job of explaining any hurdles we needed to navigate and also providing solutions or suggestions on how best to navigate any problems we face.”
PJ
BI Manager, NFP
“We finally have a single source of truth. Our leadership team trusts the numbers and spends its time on decisions rather than debating whose spreadsheet is right. That alone has been transformative.”
Sarah M.
CFO, Professional Services
“Hopton didn't just deliver dashboards - they embedded the thinking. Our team understands the data now. That's the real outcome and it's stuck.”
James T.
Head of Operations, Distribution Group
