What needed
to change
Remous ran production on a bespoke system that was hard to get value from. Reporting was manual and multi-step, not interactive, and not easy to share, so reports were printed or emailed. They wanted to simplify and automate it in Power BI.

approached it
We connected Power BI to the bespoke system and pulled out the data that mattered: orders, jobs, materials and costs. We built the model and a production reporting dashboard with the right filters, and published it to the Power BI Service so it could be used on web or mobile and built into SharePoint or Teams.
